Limoges’s culinary specialties by Lucie Cambray

Hello !

We live around Limoges and we have culinary specialties :

   * in autumn, we can find a kind of wild mushroom in the woods called “cèpes” and we cook them with potatoes for example.

   * we also find chestnuts and we cook chestnuts cakes.

   * we cook cherry cakes called “clafoutis” and we cook also hazelnut cakes called “creusois”.

   * we have an excellent meat, the limousin beef.

   * we can drink cider made with apples and apple juice.
